By playing Conquer Europa at conquereuropa.ch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

The game is ours

Conquer Europa, including its code, map, art, sounds, music and text, is © 2026 Conquer Europa. All rights reserved. You are welcome to play it here. Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, download for reuse, or keep copies of the game or any part of it, beyond what your browser does to run it;
• change it, take it apart or work out how it is built in order to copy it;
• host it, publish it or offer it anywhere else, in whole or in part;
• use its code, map, art, sounds or music in another game, site or product.

Videos, streams and screenshots are welcome, including monetised ones. A link back to conquereuropa.ch is appreciated.

Playing fair

• No cheating: no modified game pages, bots, scripts or tools that play for you or get around the game's rules.
• No flooding the server, spamming the chat, or filling lobbies with tabs you are not playing.
• No hateful, sexual or abusive names or messages, and no harassing other players.

Players who break these rules can be removed from a lobby or match, and banned. Bans apply to the internet connection they came from, usually for 30 days, sometimes longer, and some are applied automatically. We decide what breaks the rules.

What we keep about you

The website has no accounts. To run matches, our server keeps, only in its working memory:

• the name you choose and what you write in the chat, for as long as your lobby or match lasts;
• your internet address, while you are connected, to limit how many connections one network can open.

Nothing about a match is kept once it ends. Other players in your lobby and match see your name and what you write in the chat. We do not sell your information. Our server is hosted in Europe. Your browser keeps your name, your sound settings and your offline game on your own device. The game's fonts are served from our own server.

No guarantees

Conquer Europa is provided as it is, while it is in beta. Matches may end early, the game may change or go offline, and nothing in a match is kept once it ends. We are not liable for any loss from using the game, as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Playing after a change means you accept it.
